Purity: 4N-4N5 is used for evaporation plating of thin metal films in different industries such as semiconductor chips, optoelectronic devices, sensors and OLEDs.
Low purity: 3N-4N is used to melt refractory metals and weld rails, and is also used as a deoxidizer in the steelmaking process.
