TC4 ELI Overview:
Titanium alloy has become an ideal manufacturing material for aircraft and engines due to its high strength, good mechanical properties and corrosion resistance, but its poor machinability has long restricted its application to a large extent.
With the development of processing technology, titanium alloy has been widely used in the manufacture of parts such as the compressor section, engine cowl, exhaust device of aircraft engines and the manufacture of structural frame parts such as the beam spacer of aircraft.
TC4 titanium alloy has excellent corrosion resistance, small density, high specific strength and better toughness and weldability and a series of advantages, in aerospace, petrochemical, shipbuilding, automotive, pharmaceutical and other sectors have been successfully applied.
